Keepers of the Heart combines the experience of land planning and feasibility with real estate to provide one-of-a-kind services. We work with clients that are looking for specific uses of land and review properties regularly. Many real estate agents work with us that need help with land feasibility for multiple properties on the residential and commercial sectors causing agents to close deals quicker and faster for their clients.

We also primarily work with nonprofits and churches to help them with their goal of land feasibility and locating the right real estate for their project. We provide them with quality work and integrity as they develop quality affordable housing that is different than any other product on the market. We want to support nonprofits and churches that create peace in their communities just as Matthew 5:9 says, “How blessed are those who make peace! for they will be called sons of God.”

The goal is to keep the heart of the community safe by protecting the families. We do this by working with the owners to create a quality product that includes open space. We want to provide families a chance to heal in nature. Families that are low-income deserve to have a place to call home that gives them a sense dignity and respect to their way of life.
