Who we are
Keepers of the Heart combines the experience of land planning and feasibility with real estate to provide one-of-a-kind services. We work with clients that are looking for specific uses of land and review properties regularly. Many real estate agents work with us that need help with land feasibility for multiple properties on the residential and commercial sectors causing agents to close deals quicker and faster for their clients.
We also primarily work with nonprofits and churches to help them with their goal of land feasibility and locating the right real estate for their project. We provide them with quality work and integrity as they develop quality affordable housing that is different than any other product on the market. We want to support nonprofits and churches that create peace in their communities just as Matthew 5:9 says, “How blessed are those who make peace! for they will be called sons of God.”
Our Services
Residential
Within the Keeperslandplanning.com site agents can purchase 10-20 reports at a time for a reduced rate of $100 per report that will provide the necessary information for the buyer/seller to help close the deal. This report will be a basic 3-page report answering the questions concerning current land use, setbacks, highest potential use, land development ordinances, environmental constraints, and utilities. This package will only be provided once the agent reaches out to us directly.
Commercial
Within the Keeperslandplanning.com site agents can purchase 10 or more reports at a time for a reduced rate of that will provide the necessary information for the buyer/seller to help close the deal. This will be basic information on current land use, potential uses, land development ordinances, environmental constraints, and utilities processing, and land potential. This package will only be provided once the agent reaches out to us directly.
- If you are looking for land with a specific need I can be your agent and help you with feasibility at the same time. Most real estate agents do hire land planners to research the feasibility of the land prior to putting deals together. This type of research comes with education and many years of experience in the field of planning that cannot be duplicated.
- Ricca Keepers the land planner will have the ability to partner with agents as an agent herself within Avalar brokerage to work closely with clients and determine land feasibility creating better quality deals more efficiently. Setting the brokerage apart from all others in the region.
- If you work under another brokerage a limited number of spaces are also available to create referral agreements in some cases. This is limited and will be determined by Keepers of the Heart LLC.
